About the Summit

Please note: The deadlines for priority consideration and hotel scholarships have now passed. However, we are continuing to accept applications on a rolling basis until May 16, 2025. Students who apply during this period will be considered based on available capacity. We no longer have hotel scholarships available. 

HBCUvc Startup School: Pathways to Wealth & Impact is a high-energy, two-day summit designed to equip HBCU students with the tools, networks, and knowledge to thrive in innovation, entrepreneurship, and wealth-building careers. Hosted in the heart of Silicon Valley, this immersive experience brings together industry leaders, top investors, and trailblazing founders to provide real-world insights and hands-on learning.

From interactive workshops to intimate mentoring sessions, you will develop the skills needed to navigate the startup ecosystem and launch ventures that make a lasting impact. All attendees will receive either a laptop or an iPad based on their preference. Whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur or considering venture capital and tech careers, this summit serves as your gateway to opportunity.

We have a limited number of spots available. Applications close on April 24, 2025, and all applicants will be notified of their status by April 29, 2025.
